Half Term Week In Pictures

I've had a lovely time with my DH, DD and scrumptious GS this week.  The weather has been perfect and we've had all sorts of fun.  We had a lovely day at a zoo but were very sad that some of the animals didn't seem at all happy, I thought zoos were supposed to have improved and to have strict rules to follow.  Maybe it's better than it was but we all found it sad although it was lovely for Sam to have the opportunity to see animals like giraffes and tigers.  A bit of a dilemma that one.  And finally for this post:  Sam couldn't have it all his own way with the animals, the beach and feeding the ducks;  I managed to sneak a little trip to the LQS onto the agenda!

  1. Such cute pictures. I have noticed the zoo in Tokyo has gotten much better over the past few years and the animals are no longer pacing back and forth. Also the viewing has become better as well. At least in that zoo, space does not seem an issue.

  3. Looks like a fun time was had by all! I have to agree it makes me pretty sad to see animals outside of their natural habitat, though I guess in some instances they probably wouldn't survive.
