ReplyDeleteI have seen fabric pieced from bagworm cocoons. It can be very interesting depending on the plant those worms use for their cover.

ReplyDeleteJust beautiful, the cape is superb. I knew about this man, he studied jacquard weaving in Florence where I took a few courses myself (ae-hemmm!).
